At a conference on breast oncology we broadcast a surgical operation live. The feed from the operating room cameras was delivered to participants on Zoom: doctors followed the procedure and asked the surgeon questions in real time.

Yes. The stream can be closed to outsiders: access by link or password only, for invited participants. Internal and medical events are often broadcast this way.
We work with Uzbek, Russian and English, and add other languages when needed. Each language gets its own broadcast stream and its own audio track.
